Turns out i may have a case of shin splints at the moment on the left leg! No Jump Rope for abit then, lots of rice.

Dips
Pull Ups
Simon: Did it in 30minutes 17seconds, warmed up with some rack mobility, light front squats and some wide quats to strengthen adductors.
Josh: Did it in 23minutes 57seconds.
