Open WOD 1

Did the first open WOD:

Warm Up

Some light Jump Rope practice and Calf Mobilisation.

Open WOD 1

Amrap in 10mins
30 Double Unders
15 Power Snatches 35kg

Simon - 1 round, 9 DU. Wasn't maxed out, spent most of my time getting the Double Unders done, was forcing good jumping technique as I don't want my shin splints to come back, going to do this again in a few days, will smash it.

Simon - 100kg Dead Lift, 33:16, Pull Ups were a big time consumer, got better towards last few sets with Gary counting my rests, maybe should of gone abit lighter on DL to keep better form, I've seen worse though.
