Some light Jump Rope practice and Calf Mobilisation.
Open WOD 1
Amrap in 10mins
30 Double Unders
15 Power Snatches 35kg
Simon - 1 round, 9 DU. Wasn't maxed out, spent most of my time getting the Double Unders done, was forcing good jumping technique as I don't want my shin splints to come back, going to do this again in a few days, will smash it.
