Inspiration

Went to CrossFit 3D today, didn't work out, late night last night! My first visit to a CrossFit box so wasn't to sure what to expect but I knew it would be an eye opener. They've got a really good set up there, Carl Steadman was very friendly, had some athletes from CrossFit Tyneside in the building as well, to sum it up it was an inspirational trip.

45 Pound Barbell Overhead Walking Lunge 50ft
21 Burpees

Translating this to SI units....

20kg Barbell Overhead Walking Lunge 15m
21 Burpees

Couldn't do the walking lunge out side, the DSBC is about 5m long so did walked that 3 times.
