Increasing laod each round
Simon: 40kg - 41kg - 42kg - 42.5kg - 43.5kg - Was good, maybe should have started with slightly lower weight as could not increase by very much each round, it did increase though.
Josh: 40kg - 41kg - 42kg - 42.5kg - 43.5kg - Hang cleans pretty hard, just need to work on technique.
